Hello friends,

Hope the new year is being kind to you all.

We’re here, at the beginning of another wonderful year and I must say, I’m all the way super excited for it.

I’m sharing a few of my goals for the new year, and how I plan to achieve them.

1. Eat better.

I’ve been a regular junk food consumer and my waist is starting to feel it. I promised this year I would explore some clean eating options.
Update
I am currently enjoying the keto diet. This is a high fat low carb diet. I have to admit it is really hard cutting back on rice and chapatis!

2. Work out.

Its not enough to just eat clean and think a miracle will happen, though I wish it was that way 😂 this won’t be easy for me, but I am ready to try.

3. Travel Kenya More.

When writing my bucketlist this year, I realized there’s a lot of places in Kenya I really want to explore. Promised more travel this year.

4. Read more books.

In 2018 I was able to read 38 books which was not bad. This year I’m hoping to get 40 done. To be all the way honest my current read is such a drag I’m tempted to put it down and pick something up! Sigh

5. Practice Violin More.

This is a given, but this year I want my practice to be more intentional. I also hope to get over my creative block and anxiety and have a lot more videos out for you to see.


There are so many exciting opportunities in store for 2019.
